Weekly Menu - Easter edition

Not much to say this week. I know, I was shocked, too. Trying new things and trying to get some favorites. So far, so good. (About 50% are instant favorites and 50% are "never try agains.")

Everything served with a side of vegetable, side of fruit and a salad.

3/23 - Sunday
Leg of lamb, prime rib, steamed broccoli, honey glazed carrots, salad, and peanut butter brownies and homemade frozen yogurt for dessert

3/24 - Monday
Orange sticky chicken

3/25 - Tuesday
Swiss steak

3/26 - Wednesday
Jamaican Jerk Chicken

3/27 - Thursday
Beef stroganoff w/o noodles

3/28 - Friday
Greek burgers

3/29 - Saturday
Beef in Mojo Criollo
